Interlayer Wallet
How the wallet handles local data and network requests

Your funds. Your keys. Your control.

This privacy policy explains how your data is handled and confirms that we never have access to your private keys or funds.

Your keys
Your recovery phrase never leaves your device.
Your data
All wallet data stays encrypted on your device.
Your control
You are in full control of your funds at all times.

Non-custodial model

Interlayer Wallet is fully non-custodial. Your recovery phrase and private keys are created or imported by you and never leave your device. We cannot access, recover, or control your funds at any time.

What the wallet stores

Only encrypted wallet data, account preferences, network settings, and transaction history are stored locally on your device. All sensitive data is encrypted with your password.

What we never store

Interlayer never receives, stores, or transmits your recovery phrase, private keys, or wallet password. These never leave your browser or device under any circumstances.

Network requests

The wallet connects directly to blockchain RPC endpoints to check balances and broadcast transactions. Only public wallet addresses and standard blockchain data are sent over the network.

Interlayer execution and routing

This wallet is built for one Interlayer chain with multiple internal VM spaces. When the wallet exposes supported external-asset receive routes, those assets keep their own native address formats.

Security and retention

All sensitive data is encrypted at rest. Wallet sessions automatically lock after periods of inactivity. You can delete all local wallet data at any time.
